This website is operated by Wildcrafted Beauty, a DBA of SEEDS FOR GREATNESS LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Wildcrafted Beauty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Wildcrafted Beauty offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, remove subscriptions, or restrict access to our website at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations involving suspected fraud, abusive or harassing behavior toward our staff, chargebacks, policy violations, or misuse of our products or services.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Information on this site is provided for general information only. We are not responsible if information is not accurate, complete, or current.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

Digital Content License (Bonus Installation Course)
If your purchase includes access to digital content (including our installation course provided as a bonus), you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:

• Share login or access credentials
• Reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly display course materials
• Record or duplicate any portion of the content
  

We reserve the right to revoke access for misuse or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 6 – SUBSCRIPTIONS & AUTO-RENEWAL
We offer certain products on a subscription basis.

Billing Frequency
You may select a recurring delivery interval of every 30, 45, or 60 days. Your payment method will be automatically charged at your selected frequency until you cancel.

Automatic Renewal Authorization
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Wildcrafted Beauty to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without additional authorization for each charge.

Subscription Pricing
Subscription pricing reflects a 15% discount off the then-current retail price. If the retail price changes, the subscription price will adjust accordingly while maintaining the 15% discount.

Managing or Canceling
You may pause, modify, update payment information, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account.
Changes must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
For security reasons, we cannot update payment information on your behalf.

Failed Payments
If payment is declined, we may attempt to process again or suspend/cancel the subscription.

Returns
Subscription orders are subject to our Return/Refund Policy.

Renewal Notifications
We may send reminder emails prior to renewal; however, you are responsible for managing your subscription.

SECTION 7 – DIGITAL CONSULTATION SERVICES
Wildcrafted Beauty offers paid digital consultation services through a third-party video response platform (“Video Consultation”). This service allows customers to submit video responses and receive customized product recommendations via email. The Video Consultation is a digital advisory service and does not include a live appointment or real-time video call.

Nature of Service
The Video Consultation provides customized product combination recommendations based solely on the information submitted by the customer. Recommendations are advisory in nature and results may vary.

Consultation Response Time
After a customer submits their completed Video Consultation, a Wildcrafted Beauty Customer Success Specialist will review the submission and typically provide the initial combination recommendations within two (2) business days.

Response times are estimates and may vary based on volume, availability, or other operational factors.

Access & Refund Eligibility
Upon purchase, customers will receive access to a Video Consultation submission link.
Consultation fees are refundable only if the customer has not initiated the consultation process. Initiation occurs when the customer begins the consultation by submitting information through Step 1 of the Video Consultation platform.
Once the consultation process has been initiated, the service is considered accessed and in progress, and the consultation fee becomes non-refundable.
Refund requests for consultations that have not been initiated must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Completion Window
Customers must complete their Video Consultation submission within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Failure to submit required responses within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Consultation Deliverables & Revision Limits
Each Video Consultation includes:

• Two (2) initial custom combination recommendations;
• One (1) revision based on customer feedback; and
• One (1) final revision.

A maximum of four (4) total combination variations will be provided per consultation. Additional revisions, additional combinations, or expanded consultation requests may require the purchase of a new consultation.

Consultation Credit Toward Qualifying Purchase
Upon completion of the consultation, customers will receive a discount code equal to the consultation fee amount.
The discount code:

• Applies only toward a qualifying minimum purchase from the Dreadlock Collection, as defined at the time the code is issued;
• Must be used within thirty (30) days of issuance unless otherwise stated;
• Has no cash value;
• Is non-transferable; and
• May not be combined with other promotional offers unless expressly permitted by Wildcrafted Beauty.
  

Wildcrafted Beauty reserves the right to determine qualifying purchases and discount eligibility at its sole discretion.

User-Submitted Video Content
By submitting video responses through the Video Consultation platform, customers voluntarily provide recorded content for the purpose of receiving customized recommendations.
Wildcrafted Beauty may review, store, and use submitted content solely for consultation fulfillment, internal quality assurance, training, and order accuracy purposes. Submitted content will not be publicly shared without separate express consent.
Use of the third-party video platform is also subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policies.

No Guarantee of Results
Recommendations provided through the Video Consultation are based on customer-submitted information. Wildcrafted Beauty does not guarantee specific results, product performance outcomes, or satisfaction with recommended combinations.

Limitation of Liability
Wildcrafted Beauty shall not be liable for any outcomes resulting from customer decisions based on consultation recommendations, including but not limited to product selection, aesthetic preferences, installation methods, or maintenance practices.

SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & AI PLATFORMS
We may provide access to third-party tools without warranties. We may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) platforms and tools to assist with business operations, including accessing store data, product management, marketing optimization, and customer service. These tools are operated by third-party providers and may process certain business and customer data as described in our Privacy Policy. Use of AI tools is subject to the applicable third-party provider's terms and privacy policies.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for third-party content or transactions.

SECTION 11 – USER COMMENTS
By submitting content to us, including reviews, photos, videos, or contest/giveaway entries, you grant Wildcrafted Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in marketing and advertising materials, including paid advertisements, across all platforms and channels. This content may be processed using AI tools for analysis, optimization, and marketing purposes. No compensation will be provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SECTION 13 – SMS/MOBILE MESSAGING TERMS
By opting into our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (e.g., order updates, cart reminders) from Wildcrafted Beauty.  Consent is not a condition of purchase.  Message frequency varies.  Message and data rates may apply.

Cancellation & Help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send "STOP", we will send you an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you need assistance, text HELP or email info@wildcraftedbeauty.com.

Dispute Resolution 
The Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver in Section 22 apply specifically and fully to any disputes arising from our SMS/Mobile Messaging program.

SECTION 14 – ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors without notice.

SECTION 15 – PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the site unlawfully or infringe intellectual property rights.

SECTION 16 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & TRADEMARKS
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, designs, images, videos, downloads, and software, is the property of Wildcrafted Beauty or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.
The following are trademarks of SEEDS FOR GREATNESS LLC:

• Crown Nectar®
• Cooling Veil®

These marks are federally registered trademarks in the United States.

• SHORTIES™ is a trademark of SEEDS FOR GREATNESS LLC with registration pending.

Unauthorized use of any of our trademarks, trade names, product names, trade dress, logos, or branding elements is strictly prohibited.
No license or right to use our trademarks is granted without our prior written permission.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted in and to our intellectual property.

SECTION 17 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wildcrafted Beauty shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any claim arising out of your use of this website or products must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

SECTION 18 – FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, labor disputes, governmental actions, or internet interruptions.

SECTION 19 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wildcrafted Beauty and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

SECTION 20 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

SECTION 21 – TERMINATION
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party.

SECTION 22 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

SECTION 23 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 24 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION & BINDING ARBITRATION
Please read this section carefully as it affects your legal rights.

Agreement to Arbitrate
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or any products purchased from us shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as provided below.

Arbitration Procedures
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall take place in Randall County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees unless otherwise required by law.

BEFORE INITIATING ARBITRATION FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO DATA PRIVACY OR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, YOU MUST FIRST EXHAUST THE INTERNAL APPEALS PROCESS DESCRIBED IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY.

Class Action Waiver
CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. 
THE ARBITRATOR SHALL NOT CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS.

Jury Trial Waiver
YOU AND WILDCRAFTED BEAUTY WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO A JURY TRIAL.

Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court.

30-Day Opt-Out Right
You may opt out within 30 days of your first purchase by sending written notice to:

Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out.

SECTION 25 – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Wildcrafted Beauty offers international shipping exclusively through Shopify Managed Markets (Markets Pro). For all international orders, Shopify or its designated third-party partner acts as the merchant of record and is responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.
International orders may be processed under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model, and duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. Shopify Managed Markets also manages certain compliance obligations, customs documentation, currency conversion, and fraud protection for eligible transactions.
Customers remain responsible for complying with their local laws and import regulations.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or other international transit factors.
