Braid-in Hair Extensions - Color Love Guarantee


Braid-in extensions are considered a hygienic product and cannot be returned for a refund. However, we proudly offer our Color Love Guarantee.
If for any reason you don’t love the color or length of your braid-in extensions:

  • Notify us at info@wildcraftedbeauty.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The braid-in extensions you wish to exchange must be postmarked within 35 days of the original delivery date.
  • Once received, we will send a replacement color or length of your choice at no additional cost (price differences may apply — see below).


Condition Requirements


Braid-in extensions may be tried on, worn, or detoxed. However, they must be in unaltered condition to qualify for exchange
Alterations include, but are not limited to:

  • Cutting or trimming
  • Coloring or toning
  • Straightening or applying heat
  • Brushing out or unraveling
  • Chemically treating
  • Any structural modification from their original condition


Wildcrafted Beauty reserves the right to deny exchanges if returned items show signs of alteration, structural modification, damage, excessive wear, or use inconsistent with normal try-on and washing.


Additional Details

  • The Color Love Guarantee may be used once per order.
  • You may exchange part of your set or the entire set; however, braid-in extensions must be returned in complete, original bundles (individual pieces may not be exchanged separately).
  • Exchanges are limited to in-stock items available at the time your return is received.
  • Return shipping and packaging are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If exchanging from long to SHORTIES®, the price difference will be issued as store credit.
  • If exchanging from SHORTIES® to long, you will receive an invoice for the price difference.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for the Color Love Guarantee.

 


Skin & Hair Care Products and Accessories


We are confident you will love your Wildcrafted Beauty products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 60 days of your order’s delivery date for a refund.

  • Returns are limited to one (1) return per product variant (including scent or formula) per customer. If a product has been returned in its original form, associated refill versions of the same product may not be eligible for return.
  • Products may be opened and used — we want you to feel confident trying them. However, Wildcrafted Beauty reserves the right to deny returns in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or excessive return activity.
  • Accessories may be returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on the customer’s preference, once the return has been processed.
  • Complimentary or bonus items included with your order are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Wildcrafted Signature Consult

Consultation fees are refundable only if the customer has not initiated the consultation process. Initiation occurs when the customer begins the consultation by submitting information through Step 1 of the Video Consultation platform.

Once the consultation process has been initiated, the service is considered accessed and in progress, and the consultation fee becomes non-refundable.
