We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 USD.
Upgraded and expedited shipping options are available at checkout for customers who wish to receive their packages sooner.
Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and packaged within 3 business days of checkout, excluding weekends and company holidays.
Shipping timelines selected at checkout are estimates and apply after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Time & Expedited Shipping
Shipping time refers to the estimated transit time provided by the carrier once your package leaves our facility.
Expedited shipping options apply only to transit time and do not shorten processing time.
Carrier delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Wildcrafted Beauty is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, operational issues, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery timeframes for expedited services are not guaranteed, and shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, regardless of delays or missed delivery estimates.
Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been transferred to the selected shipping carrier and tracking information has been issued, responsibility for the package is with the carrier.
Wildcrafted Beauty does not contact carriers, investigate delivery delays, or file claims on behalf of customers. We do not monitor shipments after dispatch or provide follow-up beyond the tracking information provided.
If you experience:
- Delivery delays
- Tracking issues
- Lost packages
- Delivery exceptions
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
You must contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We only offer reputable national and international carriers at checkout.
Combining Orders
As a general rule, we do not combine multiple orders into one shipment.
This policy helps preserve the integrity of Route Shipping Protection coverage when selected. Combining orders may void protection coverage, so orders are shipped separately to ensure eligibility.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- The customer is responsible for contacting the carrier.
- Wildcrafted Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If Route Shipping Protection Was Purchased
If Route Shipping Protection is selected at checkout, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with Route.
Route cannot be added after an order has been placed.
To file a claim, please contact Route directly using the confirmation provided at checkout.
If Route Shipping Protection Was NOT Purchased
If Route Shipping Protection is not selected, Wild Crafted Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the carrier.
Customers may contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if carrier coverage is available.
Once tracking shows a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled.
International Shipping
International orders are processed and shipped through Shopify Managed Markets.
Duties, taxes, and import fees (where applicable) are calculated and collected at checkout.
Product availability is automatically restricted based on destination country regulations.
International delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.
Wild Crafted Beauty is not responsible for:
- Customs delays
- Government inspections
- Import holds
- Delivery delays caused by customs authorities
If a shipment is refused by the recipient, or cannot be delivered due to failure to provide required documentation or information requested by customs, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and associated costs.
Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Force Majeure
Wildcrafted Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather events, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs delays, labor strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
