Let's all agree that once you try dreadlock extensions.... you know they are the ultimate game-changer.

They’re not just about looking fabulous (although, yes, they totally do that!) but it’s really more about how they make life way easier.

Think less time in front of the mirror and more time living your best life. But let’s be real: sometimes you hit a style rut and start wondering, “Am I stuck with the same old look?”

Nope!  Braid in Dreadlock Extensions are insanely versatile, and we’re here to prove it with five fun, easy-to-rock styles that’ll shake things up in the best way.

With a little creativity, you can go from effortless boho vibes to chic and polished in no time.

Whether you’re heading to brunch, a date night, or a busy workday, we have a dreadlock hairstyle for every occasion.

1.The Effortless Dreadlock Ponytail

We’ve all been there, those mornings where you roll out of bed, barely have time to grab coffee, let alone deal with your hair. That’s where the ponytail swoops in to save the day. Whether it’s a high pony that oozes confidence or a low pony that’s sleek and chic, this style has your back for any occasion.

It’s quick, it’s simple, and it always looks good.

Now, for styling purposes, you’ll need a trustworthy accessory. Which is exactly the job for our satin Genie Scrunchie! These are perfect for thick braid in dreadlocks. They offer secure support for an all day comfortable wear.

2. The Chic Dreadlock Bun

I think we can all agree that buns are the ultimate multitaskers. Got a meeting? Bun it. Running errands? Bun it. Binge-watching your favorite show? You guessed it! With our Genie Scrunchies, you can easily whip your dreads into a secure, relaxed bun in no time.

Here’s a pro tip if you want a little extra flair: Let a few dreadlocks hang loose for that "effortlessly cool" vibe.

3. The Flirty Half Pony

When you want something quick yet stylish, the half pony is the way to go. It’s perfect for those in-between moments like heading out for brunch or running errands but still wanting to look put together. Gather the top section of your hair and secure them with a Wild Band. It’s an effortless look with a playful twist.

4. ‘Hide The Frizz’ Dreadlock Headband

Headbands don’t get enough credit. They’re quick, easy, and can totally transform your look. Got some frizz you don’t want showing? No problem. Want to switch it up? The Ona Band is to the rescue.

5. Dreadlock French Braid

The French braid is a timeless classic that people always forget about, but it’s one of the most elegant and functional hairstyles out there. Perfect for keeping your dreads secure and out of the way, this style adds a touch of sophistication to any outfit.

It’s also a simple way to keep your dreads tangle-free and looking fabulous, no matter the activity.

Synthetic dreadlocks aren’t just a hairstyle; they’re a lifestyle. Whether you’re rocking a sleek ponytail, bold buns, or letting your dreads hang freely, the beauty of synthetic dreads is all about their simplicity. They’re low-maintenance, easy to style, and always manage to look effortlessly cool.

Don’t be afraid to experiment with different looks! This is the kind of hairstyle that works with you, not against you, no matter how creative you get. That’s why we love them so much, and we’re sure you will too!

I’ve always referred to my hair as an accessory. I’ve cut, dyed, bleached and styled it in hundreds of different styles. When I reached 60 my scalp became to sensitive for bleach and dyed so I thought the days of ‘fun hair’ were over.
Now at 68yo I can play with it again! Surprisingly I have very little grey and very dark brown hair. Having these extensions is fabulous for me, a match made in Heaven.
